Good vid. buttttttt, the paper on the insulation is a vapor retarder……NOT a vapor barrier…..I know………….getting pretty picky.

Actually the tar that holds the insulation to the paper is the vapor retarder
I’m a super novice…What about if you want to put a floor down? Should you put the insulation in the poly sleve down?
