Yes wore the mask off cam all the time. as you can see I had to ditch my glasses though, they kept steaming up. It had some kind of thin plastic around it. It was like two inches thick and then after you rolled it out it kept growing and growing to over a foot thick. I know I would be careful up there. I wasn't too keen on some fat guy standing on my joists and weakening them.The stuff came with a mask, goggles and gloves. I think that is what was up there originally. An old guy liced in my house before me. he got cavity wall insulation too for free.
